It's a drawing I started sketching last thursday while I was away in Poznan for 4 days, stuck in a dorm room in the evening with nothing to do after work. Oh speaking of the work... we, the 501st Imperial Stormtrooper Legion, had to wander around that cinema (Kinepolis, the largest in Europe!) in movie-quality SW costumes just one hour a day, except for the premiere night when we had to work much longer. It was great fun, though. I got to watch Revenge Of The Sith 4 times in a row, and I was PAID for the whole thing ^^'
Great fun indeed, wonderful friends, and an awesome experience ^^ Here's a gallery if anyone's interested: [link]age
Heh heh, re-watch episode 4 and check out the gun Luke carried when he was pretending to be a stormtrooper escorting Chewie into the prison block on the Deathstar
DLT-19 heavy blaster, that's what it is... And besides, almost all the weapon props we see in the movies are modified real-world guns. The common E-11 stormtrooper blaster that they usually carry is just a british Sterling submachinegun with cooling fins and a scope added. Han's blaster pistol is a WW2 Mauser handgun... and so on.
no i know that, the trooper was carrying an unmodified MG-34, and the E-11's are made from Sterling SMG's. the heavy Sandtrooper rifles are made from Lewis Guns. i am just wondering why he is not carrying one of those.
star wars rox
also, love the officer. you see so few Female imperials.
